Services and proposals

Published plan prices apply to the scope described on the pricing section and may be revised. Website, app and custom development work is quoted per project. Work begins on written acceptance of a proposal and any agreed advance payment.

Client accounts and data

Marketplace accounts, storefronts and business data remain the client's property at all times. We operate within them solely to deliver the agreed services.

Results

Case-study figures on this site reflect specific past engagements. Results depend on product, market and budget, and are not a guarantee of future performance.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EcommOcean's aggregate liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in New Delhi having exclusive jurisdiction.
